We prepare and submit the Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC) to the local council. This step involves compiling all necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. We manage the entire submission process to secure timely approvals.

After obtaining DA approval, we coordinate with necessary consultants, such as structural engineers, to prepare detailed construction plans. We then obtain the Construction Certificate (CC), ensuring that all construction details meet the required standards and regulations.

Once all plans are approved and the construction is complete, we conduct a final inspection to ensure everything meets your expectations and regulatory requirements. We handle any last-minute adjustments and prepare the final documentation for handover, ensuring your project is ready for use.
